Payment and GST

Luminere Imaging is registered for GST,with the following ABN: 89 893 046 965

All prices quoted include GST.

A commencement fee, generally of 40% of the estimatedbrief will be required for larger or more time intensive briefsYou will be advised before commencement if such fees are required.

Quotes are valid for 30 days or as otherwise agreed. Full payment is required within 7 days of receipt of the relevant invoice.

•  Where more than one Client has entered into this agreement, the Clients shall be jointly and severally liable for all payments of the price and additional fees will be payable to reflect the increased usage benefits available to multiple clients.

•  Payment will be made by cheque, bank cheque, or by credit card (plus 5% for merchant charges applicable), or by direct credit of by any other method as agreed between the Client and Luminere Imaging.

Luminere imaging reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 5% per calender month.

License for Usage

On full payment, you obtain irrevocable (we can't stop you using images), time, location and media unrestricted usage rights to the images for yourself or your business.

Non-payment nullifies any rights to use of image(s) and provides Luminere Imaging with the rights to prevent their usage including recall of printed materials and removal of images from computers and web sites.

The image usage rights granted may not be transferred or assigned without prior agreement and additional fees.

Ownership of Materials and Copyright

Copyright and title to all images remains the property of Luminere imaging unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation or Postponement

A booking is considered firm as from the date of confirmation. Luminere Imaging will be entitled to charge a 50% fee for cancellation or postponement, plus expenses incurred.

In the event of bad weather postponing the shoot, 50% of the quoted fee will be charged per postponement.

Unless a rejection fee has been agreed in advance, there is no right of rejection.

The client or an authorised representative need to be present at a photoshoot otherwise the photographer's interpretation of the brief's requirements will be regarded as acceptable.

Jurisdiction

Luminere Imaging is registered in the State of New South Wales, Australia which is the jurisdiction for any dispute involving this site or business.
