Photography Workshops
Photography is often taught as a collection of settings, shortcuts, and cheat sheets. While these can be useful, they only solve a single problem at a single moment. My approach is to focus on the underlying principles of light, exposure, composition, and visual perception that apply in every situation. Once these foundations are understood, photographers gain the confidence to solve new challenges for themselves, whether working in daylight, at night, with landscapes, people, or experimental processes. Drawing on over forty years of photographic practice and teaching experience, my courses are designed to build lasting understanding, creative independence, and practical skills.
